Baked squash

Wash
Cut to slices
Drizzle with oil olive, cinnamon, and netmeg
Bake at 400 for 30 min
Bits of butter on each slice

Lentil salad

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes

Ingrediants:
1 cup of lentils
1 lemon
1 celery stalk diced
1 carrot sliced
1/2 parsely

Boil lentils. Add the juice of one lemon. Mix celery and carrots in with lentils

Sweet Potato Fries

2 medium sweet potatos peeled and sliced into thin strips

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 tbsp fresh thyme

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 425F

In a large bowel toss sweet potatos with ingredients.

Arrange on baking sheet and back for about 10 minutes, flipping fries half way through
