Gluten free pizza dough

Makes 1 12 inch pizza
Preparation 10 min
Cooking 30 min


1/2 cup almond milk or rice milk
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup tapioca flour
3/4 cup rice flour
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon ground pepper
pizza sauce and choice of toppings


1. Preheat oven to 400

2. Beat eggs, oil and milk together

3. Mix dry ingredients on the side and add in wet mixture until smooth

4. Spread onto a greased pan

5. Bake in oven for 15 minutes

6. Remove and spread sauce and add toppings

7. Bake for 15 more minutes
