  • 5 ice cubes
  • pea nut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 teaspoon maca power
  • 1 teaspoon cacao power
  • 2 tablespoons hemp
  • 2 tablespoons egg whites
  • 1 cup and half almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons Flax seed

Blend for 1 minutes and serve
